Self-Care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Whether you need to relax, unplug or pamper yourself it is important to make time to show yourself the love you deserve! July 24 is International Self Care Day and to celebrate the emotional and health benefits of practicing Self-Care, we’ve compiled our five favourite Self Care rituals.
1. Unplug to Recharge
Throw your phone on Do Not Disturb and enjoy a distraction free day filled with relaxation. Grab a book to read through a few chapters, journal your goals and intentions or spend some time on a puzzle to keep your hands busy. There is no ‘right’ way to unplug, try to focus on being fully present in the moment without the distraction of technology. Here are a few our favourite items to help you unplug!
2. Pamper Yourself

3. Move your Body
