Be yourself to be your best self.

Back-to-school season is upon us again, and we want to make sure you start off on the right foot! It’s easy to get caught up in what styles are trending at the moment or feel like you need to reinvent yourself before the school year starts, but we’re here to help you embrace what makes you… well, YOU!

Explore our art installations in support of youth mental wellness, located on the lower level near Sporting Life. The installation features artwork from two Albertan artists encouraging you to join the conversation surrounding mental wellness among our children and youth.

Focusing on mental wellness

Canadian children’s and youth’s mental health is suffering from the isolation and uncertainty of the pandemic environment. Many students have not been in a steady, social, in-person classroom for almost two years, some more. The urgent demand for mental health support for children and youth has become more apparent over the course of the pandemic in Alberta.

We’ve partnered with Wood’s Homes to raise awareness and connect the children and youth in our community with resources to help them navigate and manage their mental health struggles.

Wood’s Homes’ mission is to create and provide quality mental health services that promote and restore the well-being of children and families who struggle with problems big and small.
